Delivery & Returns

We know you are excited to get your order, but you’ll have to be patient and wait 2-3 working days for your delivery. We currently do not take orders from or ship to outside of the UK.

Once an order has been processed you cannot cancel it. In this instance, if you decide you no longer want an item, please refer to our returns policy.

We will of course provide you with tracking information, but if for some reason your order doesn’t arrive, please contact us.

All returns must be unused, in original packaging, labels, stickers attached otherwise we reserve the right to refuse a return. We will always encourage a visit to our shop to avoid the issue of returns, but sometimes this cannot be helped. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping returns.

We know how frustrating it is when we cannot get hold of what we want, however we will always update customers with stock time frames as best we can from the information we have from our suppliers. Failing that, pop into/call the store and we may be able to find an alternative for you.

How to find us/Who are we?

Mentally we are always on the beach with a nice cold drink dreaming of open roads, physically, however, we are located at The Biker Company, Unit O, Huntscote Road, Kingsditch Trade Park, Kingsditch Trading Estate, Cheltenham GL51 9NX (still dreaming of that cold drink on the beach.)

We are open 6 days a week with the following opening hours-

Monday: 10:00 – 18:00
Tuesday: 10:00 – 18:00
Wednesday: 10:00 – 18:00
Thursday: 10:00 – 18:00
Friday: 10:00 – 18:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 17:00
Sunday: Closed

Our bank holiday hours are usually 10:00 – 16:00 and over the Christmas period our opening hours vary as we’ll be too filled with mince pies to work. Keep an eye out for those updates.

In an ideal world, everything we bought would work as it should, but sometimes things slip through the net. If an item you have ordered in faulty on arrival, or doesn’t work as it should after a time, this may be a warranty issue. We ask for you to contact us and then we can start our warranty procedure. Generally clothing has two year, electronics have two years and helmets have 5. Some products you can apply for an extended warranty. Don’t hesitate to contact us for confirmation.

If you are local to us and you bought your item from us, you are more than welcome to bring your electrical device in so we can help you in real life. No question is “too stupid” for us. (Believe me we’ve heard them all.) Just pop in and we can do our best to help you. If you are a little bit further away, give us a call and we can do our best to help you over the phone.

Product care

Like anything, the better you look after it, the better it works. A lot of folk don’t bother to wash and reproof their textile clothing or keep their crash helmet clean. For Product care for Goretex products please follow this website link, for any product you should always follow the manufacturers guide lines.  If you can’t find them, contact us and we will help.  Helmet interiors should be removed and washed at least once or twice a year. For helmet more care, we sell many suitable products in store. Pop in and we can show you. Or visit the ‘Cleaning and Care’ section under ‘Accessories’ on our website.
