We offer our customers the ability to earn loyalty points when they spend their hard earned money with us, which can be redeemed for rewards to use against future purchases.
This is a customer led program, so you choose when, and how many of your points you use wish to redeem. So you can either build up your points throughout the year and cash in on a bigger reward, or collect smaller rewards throughout the year. It's up to you!
Points are valid for 12 months. Within that time, you can redeem your points for rewards to use against a purchase. These rewards have to be used within 30 days, but don't worry we'll send you email reminders before any of your points or rewards expire!

You’ll earn 3 points for every £1 you spend with us. These points can be redeemed for exclusive rewards, giving you more value with each and every purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for supporting us.

Love shopping with us? Why not share the experience. With our referral program, you can earn additional rewards by referring friends and family. That way, when they make their first purchase, you’ll both benefit.

You can sign up by following this link. You'll need to activate your online account... If you use the same email address you've used to make purchases with us in the past it'll connect up your in-store account to your rewards account!
You can view your points balance by logging into your account on our website and clicking the "Rewards" tab at the bottom corner.
You'll also be able to add your loyalty card to your Apple or Google wallet where you can see your points by opening your wallet. Neat huh?
Yes, of course you can!
You can earn points for the purchases you make both online and in-store and you'll be able to use any rewards you redeem online and in-store also.
You can redeem your rewards by logging into your account on our website and clicking the "Rewards" tab at the bottom corner.
In this menu you'll be able to navigate to the Rewards menu by clicking the gift box at the bottom of the rewards pop-up. There you will see your active, redeemable and previously redeemed rewards.
You can spend your rewards on all non-sale products online and in-store to receive up to a 50% discount on your purchase.
You cannot use them on products in our Outlet collection. Sorry.
Your points will remain available to you for 12 months. That's 12 months from the date that you earnt them.
Once they are gone, they are gone. But don't worry, we will email you 30 days before they are due to expire... You'll also get a reminder 10 days before. We know how frustrating it is to miss out on an opportunity!
Once you have redeemed your points for a reward you will have 30 days to use that reward.

No, we're very sorry we will not be backdating historic purchases. Our program went live on 05/10/2024, you will not earn points on transactions made before this date.
For those of that were on our old in-store loyalty scheme, unfortunately these points are not transferable and this scheme has now ended.
Unfortunately due to the ever changing digital world this system is no longer usable. We have to move with the times. We know it's hard.
