To measure your head, wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your head — just above your eyebrows and ears, and around the back where your head protrudes the most.

Check the Fit: Your helmet should fit snugly all around your head without any pressure points. The cheek pads should hug your cheeks and may push them slightly against your teeth. It will bed in after some use.
