Overall good quality , not much protection from the spring weather , fell quite cold on the 1st outing

Back in October last year, as a returner to biking, I bought a new flip over crash helmet from one of the big retailers to go with my new (to me) adventure bike. From the outset I found the helmet incredibly noisy but could not decide if the problem was the design of my bike (being new to adventure bikes) or the helmet.
To cut a long story short, after much discussion with Lou at the Biker Co and taking her advice about checking if the bike was the problem I decided a different helmet was the way to go.
After loads more excellent advice from the Biker Co I decided on the Shoei Neotech 3. This fitted well “out of the box” but after custom adjustment by Lou it is the most comfortable helmet I have ever owned and incredibly quiet even on my adventure bike.
I was close to my wits end with my other helmet and was even considering changing my bike. I’m now riding happily with my bike and the Shoei thanks to the amazing help from the Biker Co.
