This was the first time we’d been to The Biker Company, and the experience was spot on. I recently bought a Shoei GT-Air 3 Nile TC9, and the staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to make sure the fit and helmet choice were right rather than just pushing a sale.
The helmet itself is superb, exactly what you’d expect from Shoei, and it was supplied perfectly set up and boxed. Communication was clear, prices were competitive, and they even made us a coffee while we were there, a really nice personal touch.
If you’re after quality gear and proper biker-focused customer service, I’d highly recommend The Biker Company. I’ll definitely be back for future kit.
