To measure your head, wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your head — just above your eyebrows and ears, and around the back where your head protrudes the most.

Check the Fit: Your helmet should fit snugly all around your head without any pressure points. The cheek pads should hug your cheeks and may push them slightly against your teeth. It will bed in after some use.

Brand Variations: Sizing can vary slightly between brands. Always refer to the specific size chart for the helmet you’re buying.

Try Before You Ride: Try the helmet on and wear it for a few minutes, perhaps even for an evening whilst watching the television - ensure you're happy with the fit and comfort before you take it out onto the road.
