I purchased this a couple of weeks ago in preparation for upcoming trips to Brittany and northern Spain. The product worked well initially, but after just two days of use, it suddenly stopped functioning. I contacted The Biker Company, where I bought it, and they responded immediately to arrange a replacement. Interphone also acted quickly, sending out a new unit without any hassle.
While it's disappointing when a product fails, it’s the way the issue is handled that really matters—and both The Biker Company and Interphone dealt with the situation very professionally. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
These do just what they say they will - at least in terms of being more comfortable in your favourite jacket. I replaced some old "Type B" and "Type A" armour in an otherwise really solid jacket and now it feels more comfortable to wear. I just have to believe the impact protection claims as I have no plans to test those :o
I bought more than just these gloves. I bought a Nav system and camera for a BMW. Steve and the team are all very knowledgeable and friendly but I had problems with the wiring. All I can say is that the team could not have been more helpful in sorting the issue, scouring the internet and making phone calls until everything was sorted. For honest good reliable service you won’t beat The Biker Company. Out of five stars I would give six.
