Unlike traditional down jackets, the Maverick features engineered seamless baffles. By eliminating stitched seams, this construction reduces down loss while preventing snagging on Velcro or other gear, something riders will appreciate when layering under motorcycle jackets or technical outerwear.

The outer shell is made from lightweight 20D nylon with a durable water repellent (DWR) treatment, offering strong wind resistance while helping shed light rain and moisture. This makes it ideal for chilly rides, mountain passes, commuting or everyday wear around town.
