Constructed using Pando Moto's advanced single-layer design, the Bia combines lightweight stretch fabrics with strategically reinforced UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), one of the strongest fibres available. Up to 15 times stronger than steel by weight, this highly abrasion-resistant material is positioned in the key impact areas while remaining flexible enough for unrestricted movement on and off the bike.
Certified to the highest CE Level AAA standard under EN 17092, the Bia offers protection that rivals many traditional motorcycle jackets, yet feels more like a lightweight performance garment. Large mesh panels provide exceptional airflow, helping to regulate body temperature during hot weather rides, while the close-fitting stretch construction keeps the armour securely positioned where it's needed most.
Supplied with D3O Diablo Level 2 shoulder and elbow protectors, the Bia is ready to ride straight out of the box. For complete upper body protection, it also accepts the optional Quatroflex CE Level 2 back protector (sold separately).
