Built using Pando Moto's advanced single-layer construction, the Bia combines lightweight stretch fabrics with strategically reinforced UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), one of the strongest fibres available. Up to 15 times stronger than steel by weight, this highly abrasion-resistant material is positioned in key impact zones while remaining flexible enough to move naturally with your body.
Certified to the highest CE Level AAA standard under EN 17092, the Bia offers a level of protection comparable to many traditional motorcycle jackets, while feeling more like a lightweight performance garment. Large ventilated mesh panels maximise airflow to keep you cool during summer rides, and the close-fitting stretch design ensures the armour stays securely in place without restricting movement.
Supplied with D3O Diablo Level 2 shoulder and elbow protectors as standard, the Bia is ready to ride straight out of the box. For even greater protection, it's also compatible with the optional Quatroflex CE Level 2 back protector (sold separately).
