Rheon CE Level 1 Shoulder

The Rheon CE Level 1 Shoulder protector is a lightweight, flexible and breathable upgrade for jackets using Type B shoulder or hip armour pockets, and Type A knee or elbow pockets. Designed to offer dependable impact protection without adding bulk, it’s ideal as a replacement insert or a comfort-focused upgrade to standard armour.

Built using Rheon’s patented cell-packing algorithm, the material mimics natural structures to stay lighter while still dispersing impact effectively. The open cell layout allows air to circulate freely, helping heat escape and reducing the clamminess you often get with traditional armour. At just 7 mm thick and only 56 g, it moves naturally with your body and stays comfortable all day.
