My first visit to the store and I was pleasantly surprised. The layout of the store was really nice, with easy accessing to products. They have gone for fewer products than, say , J&S who pile high and sell volume. That said, their prices were competitive. The staff were also really friendly and attentive and I think this will be my 'go to' store for bike related clothing in future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff combined with an extensive range of stock. Lots of options in every size; much better than guessing what to order online then having to send it back! And you'll always spot something you never knew you needed!!

Fantastic biker shop in Cheltenham! I recently bought a pair of Klim Carlsbad pants and Rukka Atlantic GTX gloves — great gear and even better service.

The staff are super friendly and happy for you to try things on. If they don’t have your size, they’ll order it in without any fuss. They’re full of helpful advice and make exchanges easy if needed.

What really sets them apart is the welcoming vibe — free tea, biscuits, and drinks for customers, plus outdoor seating if the weather’s nice. Plenty of bike parking too.

Highly recommended — a proper five-star experience for any rider.

Great place, super staff that allow you enough room to think for yourself but with enough advice to help, so chilled, we ended up spending 3hrs in the store and getting loads of stuff. You don’t feel like you’re constantly being watched so it’s dead easy to browse around. We left feeling like we had a great experience and were helped along the way but with zero pressure at all, will defo be back.
